Really? Nothing has changed. Chi O and Pi Phi both had really good PCs. So did Fuzzie and ADpi did a lot better than last year but not well enough to move up. Sig Kap looks like they got girls that really fit in with their type which is great and DG got some good girls too. The rest pretty much did as expected. There's no big shake up and things are pretty much the same as they were before rush. No big surprises. No major tier changes. lol
