Agree you don't have to be rich but no matter what housed you go to it's important to look respectable during recruitment so while you don't need to drop hundreds, maybe buy a few new nice things to wear. Also while money isn't a huge thing here some houses def do choose based on looks more than others. Make sure you feel like your conversations are genuine during the process!
