These 2 houses both tend to be considered "nice girl" houses ranging from either lower mid to top of bottom tier depending on who you talk to. In my opinion they also have some of the nicer houses (that you can live in), but so do pretty much all Greek orgs so it's really what you prefer. AGD used to be in a lot of trouble for partying but I think they're finally not in trouble anymore, so it'll be interesting to watch what happens with them the next year. I'm pretty sure they also usually have one of the higher GPA's on campus and really do have some academically minded girls. Theyre mostly known as cute girls, but not really smoke shows, who are chill and fun.I've heard they have an average sisterhood, nothing crazy good but nothing horrible either. GPhi has a lot of good things going for them. Some people sh-t on them because they're new and therefore do a lot of Panhellenic and Greek week/homecoming events to keep their name out but IMO good for them because some orgs really need to work on campus involvement. They are diverse and tend to be really nice girls. The bad: even though they're nice, I've heard it's kind of cliquey because in their first year they had to pretty much accept anyone who wanted to join, so the older pledge class doesnt have a "mold" or "thing" going for them so it seems like there's some misfits for a lack of a better word. Girls range from not that cute, to cute, to super pretty. But i wouldn't be surprised if in 10 years they're upper mid
