It is probably too late now. Not all sororities even have spring rush. The fall is usually the best time to join, so you can meet people from every chapter and find the best fit for you. Recruitment is very informal in the spring, so you need to have or make a few connections to be recruited. If you are interested ask around and express your interest in joining. Try to connect with multiple sororities to help find the best fit for you, and if you don't find a good fit in the spring, don't be discouraged and go through formal recruitment in the fall where recruitment is much more open.
