Would absolutely agree with this and love this take on “rankings.” Every “top” house has their problems. ADPi consistently takes far below quota and straight up recruits high school cliques. DG, DZ, and Zeta all give out snap bids VERY quietly. Chi O has a party girl reputation. Sig Kap badmouths ADPi like nobody’s business. However, all of these houses offer involved, worthwhile philanthropies and (most of) these chapters offer a space for diverse girls in their sisterhood.
