I think it is a like backdrop situation. The house thats sometimes kinda in the back is theta, but theta is like in their front yard...never thought of it as someone pretending to have thetas house tho. I just looked and there were a few pics on their feed of them on their own steps. I was there for house tours with recruitment, and it was cute inside. also sig kap had it like 4 years ago i think and adpi before them. They used to be in the Pi Kapp house down by Theta Chi, Sig Pi, and Chi O but I think had to move on for a few years in order to be allowed to get one of the big new houses. idk tho thats just the lore i have heard
