All the houses dues are pretty similar including the small old houses, chi o, and axid . I’m pretty sure currently chi o is sitting pretty low but is about to shoot up due to them being forced into Greek village and them not having saved up for a house. Pi phis is the highest of the 4 because of their lack of members and they are trying to find money to build a house I think. Kappa has no plans to build a house currently as far as I know. Neither does AXiD. But I think pi phi has a plot of land picked out but sadly I doubt anything will be built on it.
