There is an upperclassman quota. So State makes sure older girls get in, but the bulk of those girls are sophomores. If you have a good gpa most of the sororities will considered you. Some older girls don't get in because their gpas aren't good enough, it has to be at least above the sorority requirement, but needs to be way above to get into some of them. You are more likely to go to a mid tier house. You should definitely to do recommendations for all the houses you are really interested, even though they aren't necessary at State.
