I keep seeing all these posts about how pi phi and theta did so well, with pi phi being ranked higher than sigma kappa and kappa delta, which is a joke. pi phi may have done well but that doesn't mean they're better than both sigma kappa or kappa delta what so ever. also, theta is still bottom, so I'm not sure why people are claiming theta is mid tier now. sigma kappa may have had on off year but they're most definitely better than pi phi, theta and kappa.
