The one in the center is DZ. The plot next to that will eventually be lambda's once they secure a loan, but it should be up next spring I'm guessing. The one between Snu and KD is SigEp. You can probably ask Panhell or IFC to confirm or just wait till they are finished since they are supposed to be done fall 2018/spring 2019. Also to whoever actually thinks SigEp will be dry you obviously aren't in greek life considering frats revolve around drinking (you think sigep at Alabama is going to be dry?? rightttt) tbh a lot of fraternities will probably try to be "dry" nationally to reduce insurance costs, but that doesn't mean chapters will follow the rules just like frats who have underground mixers (which breaks the rules, too)
