Honestly KA Delta Sig, Sigma Nu, Lambda Chi Phi delt, and Kappa Sig are the only fraternities worth paying for. (phi delt and kappa sig only because theyre cheaper than the rest since neither are really that good) Theyre the only fraternities that can tailgate, legitimately mix with sororities, and have constant funding for events. Sure fraternities like pkp are good underground but wait till after rush theyll become nonexistent and their funding will dry up since guys arent gonna pay $1000+ for no house, and a non legitimate fraternity.
