They definitely are... However, fraternities like lambda chi sigma nu kappa sig and phi delt throw fun parties as well. My friends and I like to go around and mix it up so we don't get bored of the same guys and house all the time. But your're right those are the top 3 and no one except jealous fraternity boys would disgaree with you. They throw bigger parties and have far more popular guys. I feel like most girls go to dsig and sigma chi a lot for a while and then get bored and start going to other fraternities unless theres a guy they like a lot there, or its where their main friend group is/goes.
