isn't the whole point of the process to get to know the orgs better? Accepting an invite doesn't have to mean you love the org yet but you want to learn more and see if you do. I can see your point about the bids but when so many girls barely got any invites in the first place you can't blame them for trying to make it work with the options they had and if it didn't then you're allowed to drop in normal recruitment as well so
