so basically cob happens when orgs don't hit their quota. each org can recruit a specific number of girls per recruitment depending on like the number of girls that came out to recruitment and total amount of members. An important thing to note is that this number is dif for all orgs. Some orgs have close to 200 girls and some are smaller and are slightly above 100. technically this year bids could be extended throughout the week if necessary. But orgs could opt to cob to make sure they get another chance to talk to girls. COB is put on by each org and will be advertised on their instas. They will probs have you fill out a form and have you talk one on one with one or two girls in the org. If they think your a good fit they will extend the bid, this is most likely to happen. If ast, dg, or piphi don't say they have all their girls by 10 am today I would think they would do cob. all the other orgs will probs not. Another option is spring recruitment, dg and ast almost always do spring. if numbers are low in others org then they will probs opt for spring.
