I’ll preface this by saying all three are fantastic and do what feels right but here you go: Aephi: Wealthy girls who struggling with diversity, but they go hard for NYDM. They definitely are not as involved in the greater community, but it seems they are trying to fix that as well as the diversity issue. They also have a rep for cattiness but I think most of the girls Ive met are perfectly nice in it and they have a close sisterhood. Dphie: individualistic and confident girls, they’re really involved in social justice and known for being fun. They have a small nationals and their new member process is said to be harder but not hazing level. They also have a close sisterhood. Zeta: Very fun and outgoing as well, there’s more of a mixed bag here which makes it an interesting mix of girls! Someone for everyone, but they don’t have a very strong sisterhood compared to the others. They do have a really great national network though!
