hi! so i only have one org inviting me back consistently for events and it's aephi. i absolutely love their vibe and all the fundraising they do. i see a lot of toxic stuff tho (& hear a lot) about how "white" aephi is and how un diverse they are which is pre against who i am as a person and a person of colour especially. also some people hv made me feel they just invited me back as a token poc and that seems harsh. thoughts?? how is the diversity?? don't want to go to pref if that's really how it is but that seems too judgemental for ppl to say w/o knowing the situation also
