That's a great point. Especially with things like involvement in activities and closeness to sisters. I think there are some weaknesses on the national level that are harder to address on the individual chapter level, though. Like the alumni network post grad. I just think it is good to get a broad picture of the groups rather than just their strengths. And like you said, this stuff can be addressed by newcomers but we gotta be open about the weaknesses in order to address them! I didn't post this to create drama and I certainly don't condone statements about personality or whatnot because those are painting a lot of girls with a broad brush. I do think depending on what matters to a pnm or what they are personally looking for in a sorority, being aware of some of the weaknesses is ok! That doesnt mean a pnm should choose based solely on that, but when a specific aspect of sorority life is particularly important to a pnm, they have all of the info at their disposal (again, not broad stereotypes but actual weaknesses) to make an informed decision.
