just wanted to come on here and say recruitment is really different this year and we had a huge rise in numbers of girls who decided to come out this year. I know my org had to drop over half of the girls we saw because of our nationals and how many girls we can take. a lot of girls I really loved got dropped simply because of numbers/logistics reasons. please don’t harp on yourself and know you did nothing wrong! you will find your home and there is also ALWAYS next year <3
