no hate on multicultural orgs, but what makes you think that joining an mgc sorority will change all the "personal reasons" you wanna leave your current sorority. surely when you went through new member period & initiation you still thought you'd be sisters with these girls for life, right? and then you changed your mind? why do you believe you won't change your mind again, or you won't encounter more "personal reasons" to leave your new sorority? yes mgc sorority members share a cultural background but they have internal drama and issues just like every panhel sorority. if your panhel sorority is exhibiting blatant racism towards you, report it to fsl and disaffiliate, and then maybe i'd understand wanting to give mgc a try. but if you want to leave for any other problem, there is no reason why that problem won't still be present in an mgc org. honestly this sounds more like an issue with you that you need to deal with internally, not a problem that dropping and rerushing will magically solve.
