so true!! i went into recruitment with an open mind but i knew what the ranks were and expected to like the higher tier orgs, tbqh. i was shocked that aephi was really boring to me (everyone kinda had the same look tbh), and dphie gave me "too cool for you" vibes that didn't make me feel like i could be their sister. zeta, kappa, and piphi were really warm and welcoming! zeta seemed really chill and down-to-earth, kappa was really friendly and sweet, pi phi was really fun and energetic. a pretty good day overall for me!
