So what's the deal with housing at NYU? I know the sororities have penthouses in Laf but how do they go about determining who lives there? Is there an obligation to live in at some point? I feel like the chapters are too big to make that requirement and honestly that could be make or break for me b/c I have a pretty strict housing budget.
