comment above is right on when it comes to the looks thing. Aephi cares almost exclusively about looks, dphie you have to pass a certain bar for looks AND personality, and zeta cares a bit about looks but a really good personality can give you an exception. That's why they continue to hover in the space where some people call them top and some don't.
