dphie and aephi have the most instagram model-type girls. aephi has "taken top house" because they're really the only girls who would be caught dead caring about something as incredibly superficial as rankings publicly (demonstrated by the fact that they shamelessly run this website and all their girls are identical), and dphie was on probation earlier this year. aephi dphie and zeta have the most "social life" (partying with boys). houses like kappa and dg have more girls who aren't as conventionally attractive and they don't mix with the frats at all. pi phi and ast are kind of hit or miss with the girls' looks/sociability and don't have as close relations with top frats, but they still mix.
