Theta Chi- clear top house in my opinion. Good grades, good guys, good involvement, good parties Sig Ep- used to be at the top with theta chi but probation has hurt them Fiji- good house, some good guys, some pretty good parties. Above average Pike- throw a lot of okay parties, some good guys Phi Delt- some really good guys until they just got kicked off (#LetThemStay) Kap Sig- some fun guys, about average Delta Chi- have gotten better but aren't nearly as good as they think they are. Decent house Pi Kap- good guys, a little "fruity" AKL- either love them or hate them. Terrible GPA, poor involvement, a lot of negative accusations lately, and have been on probation for years, but they love to party Sigma Pi- nothing really stands out, some nice guys
