All the fraternities were unusually quiet this spring. Seemed like both the school and the cops were cracking down more than usual. While generally Sig Ep throws pretty good parties, not sure how they can be included in a "top parties" list after having a party with dozens of MIPs and then basically no (good) parties after. I would go 1. Kap Sig 2. Pike 3. AKL (quantity over quality here) 4. Phi Delt (usually behind Sig Ep and Theta Chi but had a pretty good semester) 5. Theta Chi (unusually quiet this semester) 6. Sig Pi 7. Sig Ep (again, usually at least top 2-3, but not for Spring) 8. Fiji 9. Delta Chi 10. TKE And pretty much the rest are irrelevant.
