While we are still too weak to do tiers we have grown enough where there are clearly some fraternities leading the way, we are now a "Big Four" school. Big Four (ABC order) Kappa Sig: Pros- Fun, large, frequent parties. Heavy presence at the bars. Popular philanthropy. Cons- Lack of exclusivity. Lack of true pledgeship. Untraditional. Phi Tau: Pros- House. Fun, extremely rowdy parties. Traditional. Cons- Too exclusive. Always on rocky terms with CSU/IFC. New(ish) chapter. Pi Kapp: Pros- House. Fun, large parties. Great philanthropy. Cons - Lack of exclusivity. Untraditional. Sigma Chi: Pros- Fun, smaller parties. Longest running chapter on campus. Traditional. Cons- Rumors of getting in trouble.
