Tri Delt, AOPi -I think AXO is significantly better than DZ, but DZ is still top and much better than Kappa and Zeta -Gamma Phi is close to moving up -Theta is definitely not the top of the top anymore 1. Sig Pi, Phi Tau 2. Theta Chi, SAE, KA 3. FIJI, Phi Delt, Sig Ep 4. DTD, ADPhi 5. TKE, Pike, DChi, DKE 6. Pi Kapp, Chi Psi, DU 7. Lambda Chi, Sammy, Alpha Sig -I don't know much about the frats after line 3, but Phi Tau and Sig Pi are noticeably better than the second line and they deserve their own line for it.
