Sig Pi, Theta Chi, and Phi Tau are the presumed #1's it looks like on here. As a member of a middle tier fraternity, the differences between them and a middle fraternity is who they hang out with, who they pull, they can get more people to their parties just because of their rep, and the biggest difference is they can hand select who they want. I never checked out any of the top 3 but it's obvious how big of a role they play on campus.
