This is the ALPHA chapter of Sig Chi aka they were founded here a hundred years ago. They're one of the reasons Miami is called the "mother of fraternities" along with Phi Delt, Beta, and Phi Tau. But they probably won't be coming back soon. Do your research kiddo.
