Top tier at miami is competitive- I know plenty of women who are gorgeous, smart, involved, etc who didn't make the cut. That being said, middle tier at Miami is equivilant to top tier at many schools. The best thing you can do to prep for Rush is maintain a solid GPA, get involved in a club or two, and learn how to present yourself well (talking, dressing, etc.) Recruitment is effectively like a job interview, every PNM has a resume. But if you suck at talking or dress terribly, you won't get the job even if you're qualified. You also won't get it if you're cute and social but don't make GPA or don't have interests. We're selling our sorority to you but you need to sell us on you as well.
