Ultimately, whenever fraternities are kicked off, they create voids in our system that ultimately result in greater parity between fraternities. When it comes to rising and falling in our system, you really only do it by filling in the social gaps created by these voids. In this sense, there's voids in both the top and middle tier, so those closest to them have an advantage in establishing themselves better.
