As of now there are clearly a few fraternities that stand in the middle tier. It is up in the air which way they are actually going; some getting better and some getting worse. From what I've seen over the past few years the ones clearly in the middle are: Kappa Sig, Delt, DKE, PIKE, TKE, DChi, and Pi Kapp. I believe fraternities like Delt, TKE, and DChi have potential but are not there yet to become better and DKE and Kappa Sig are getting worse.
