Does anybody really believe that PiPhi is the top chapter? (except PiPhi of course). They DIDN'T EVEN MAKE QUOTA last year. They are a strange chapter probably due to their FREAKY pref round. DG/AXO APhi/DZ PiPhi And Theta has settled comfortably into a mid tier sorority. Their last three pledge classes have been full of girls that other top chapters would NOT extend bids to.
