Its truly a site for extremely insecure people who need to convince others their organization is amazing and others suck to improve their self esteem. Its really sad, but it is true. People in my org. have openly said they post on here, and they fit that description exactly. Dont take this site seriously bc those are the are the people who post. Why listen to someone with those types of issues in the first place?
