i think that we will definitely see some chapters rise up this year. there are some mid tiers that are working hard, getting their acts together, and on the rise. these chapters will show themselves during recruitment this year!!!! but good luck to everyone during recruitment...especially to pnms!!! :) rush is an amazing experience and joining a sorority is honestly one of the best decisions that i have ever made.
