Some other little things- -Remember that while you are tired at the end of it, the actives are working about twice as hard to make it perfect, so if they seem exhausted or uninterested by the end of each day it's not because they're bored with you, it's because they've literally been screaming and cheering their heads off for a week straight to make sure recruitment goes as planned. -If you get cut from your favorite sorority, don't drop recruitment. Hearts are always broken. I cried when I got my pref list, but I stuck with it and couldn't be happier now. Even if you get your last choice, at least stay through the end of bid day and give them a chance. If you still don't like them at the end of the day, you have no obligation to stay. -Don't be afraid to ask your GLGs for help (or I guess they're calling them Rho Gammas now). They're there to help. I accidentally went to the wrong round once on the second day and the one I was supposed to be at was on the other side of campus, so I called my GLG and she sorted it out for me. -Please never, never be rude to the actives, even if it's at a sorority you really don't like. You don't have to rank them on your sheet, you don't have to accept a bid from them if you end up getting one. But word gets around and sororities you DO want can easily hear about it. Same goes for badmouthing sororities in round. We're all friends with each other and nobody wants a rude new member. Also, you can get kicked out of rush for rudeness.
