A lot of girls get sick during rush because they are so worn down and are around so many people. Take your vitamins and make sure you remember to eat and sleep! Maybe keep some Emergen-C in your purse. I almost dropped rush because I was so sick. - On the topic of purses, you're going to want to keep it well stocked with things like hairspray, powder, oil blotting sheets, mascara, and anything else you feel you could need. Rush consists of 12 hour days without much time in-between parties and it will wear on you. Be prepared!
