You basically get a schedule with sorority names and times listed. The locations are super random and kind of spread out so sometimes it's stressful getting to a party on time. You just follow your schedule and talk to girls (be prepared to lose your voice) and then you spend a decent amount of time at the end of the night ranking. As the rounds go on you'll get used to it and your schedule will get smaller. I would bring a pair of boots for walking outside and a bag with your rush shoes, mints, snacks, water, etc. I'm not going to lie and say it isn't tiring, but it's all worth it in the end!
