From a sophomore girl's standpoint (and I'm going 100% solely on sophomores, NOT fraternities as a whole) I would say Theta Chi, SAE, SigEp, Fiji, and I can't decided between SigPi and phi psi on that last one Theta Chi, SigEp and Fiji out of all of them has improved the most. A lot of their older guys especially seniors were weird or not cool and they hands down got the best sophomore pledge classes.
