I've heard of most "top tier" annexes but where do most mid tiers throw parties? I've heard of du's jolly green giant and corn fest, pikes rooftops, and adphis white house but what about fraternities like sig nu, delt, and tke? Do they typically only have parties at their fraternity houses?
