The only way PiPhi moves up is if another chapter does something really stupid that humiliates them like what DG did last year. I have never seen a chapter fall so fast, but because they did everyone else moved up. Realistically, I don’t see any of the top chapters doing anything stupid because they all saw what happened to DG so the answer is no they’re not moving up. All the girls in Alpha Phi, Theta, AXO, DZ, Zeta, and Kappa are recruited from the same friend groups. It will be hard to break into that. Plus they all have national reputations that are top (not really DZ so much, but they are still a good chapter here) so that is not going to help PiPhi either.
