Phi Tau doesnt have a house next year and neither does SAE. Theta Chi is definitely better than KA especially after KA graduated their senior class. Sig Pi is definitely better than KA and SAE and Sig Ep belongs higher than FIJI and Phi Delt. If you dont think phi tau and sae will disappear this semester youre living in a dream world. Plus why is everyone forgetting that Phi Tau doesnt have Nash or Dew anymore? They have halfway and thats about it
