I'm really confused by this list. Sigma Chi, Phi Delt and Phi Tau should definitely be top 3 because their houses are sick. I'd put SAE as fourth, their house style is so similar to SigEp they don't even look different to me, and move Beta way down cause their house isn't that cool. ADPhi is really unique and different so move that up.
