@buckeye said -I don’t think the issue is so much that an organization can’t be Christian or have a Christian ritual. Rather, I think it’s being transparent about it. Of course, pi phi can keep Christ as a part of ritual if they choose to do so, but they need to let potential new members know. Look at it another way. If you were a Christian and at the end of your pledge ship found out that your organization recited a weekly ritual praising Allah, how would you feel? If you knew about this ritual before you accepted a bid, you would be able to make an informed decision. The issue isn’t that Christianity is a part of ritual, the issue is that new members don’t know this until initiation.
