Chapter total is not just the number retained. Chapters like DZ have totals that include their retention PLUS all their INFORMAL BIDS. Delta Zeta historically has a lot of girls drop, or leave Miami, they don't typically have the quality girls that Theta has and the girls in Theta, even bullied within their own chapter, still don't drop. Theta is not allowed to give any INFORMAL BIDS EVER AT MIAMI. Their chapter total is true retention. But Delta Zeta gives them out to fill their chapter pretty much to anyone every fall before chapter total is due to make it look full. Please understand the difference.
