AXO has major retention rates. Fall 2021 they had to informal rush like 20-30 girls. They were wayyyyyy below chapter total, like a crazy amount. Most chapters today are doing ok though. I think 2022 recruitment peaked bc 2020 was 100% virtual and just weird so more participated in 2022. And now 2023 was just so low but that's bc lots of girls dropped, they started with a normal amount registered. I think a lot of girls are staying with their chapters bc they know there are a lot of girls who didn't get bids and maybe they value it a little more than before. I agree though that Tri Delt has issues and KD is always doing informal.
