There are sororities that stood out immediately in my mind, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they were the ones that were there during pref round for me. Part of it is seeing where you fit, part of it is the girl's opinions on whether you will fit with them. A lot of girls also don't know exactly where they want to end up until later in the process, like pref round.
