Kicked off from what? IFC? The university? I don't get the question you're asking. Phi Tau has not been recognized by the university for close to a year now. There are still some members and they actually got caught for dirty rushing this year so the university added to the time they have to wait to re-apply to be chartered under Miami University again. Phi Kappa Tau will most likely be back on campus and registered by 2018.
