Top 5 - Theta Chi, KA, Sig Pi, Pike, SAE Next 5 - Sig Ep, Alpha Delt, Sig Chi, Fiji, DChi KA may not have a house next year. Sig Ep doesn’t and will not have a house next year. Sig Chi, and Fiji are Alpha Chapters/have the best houses but are known for being weird. Alpha Delt also Alpha Chapter/has one of the best houses.
