No, the "Upper Tier" frats will more than likely not be accepting new pledges until next spring. They basically cheated and gave their bids out Monday when rush was cancelled, shutting out the rising fraternities. You will likely have to look at the lower or rising fraternities, which often have cooler and more down to earth guys than the ones who proclaim themselves as upper tier. There is a recruitment thing tomorrow for informal. Good Luck
